Summary: The role of Litigation Attorney involves supporting the development of advanced legal reasoning models by providing expertise in civil litigation, including motion practice and trial workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Design realistic litigation scenarios (e.g., motions, discovery strategy, depositions, briefs, case analysis)
• Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
• Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
• Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in civil litigation within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal environment
• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
