Key Requirements
- 12+ years of Banking Technology experience
- 5+ years in Treasury, Liquidity, Cash Management, or ALM Architecture
- Strong expertise in Commercial Banking, Treasury Operations & Cash Management
- Experience with Liquidity Management, Cash Positioning, Intraday Liquidity Monitoring, Cash Pooling & Sweeps
- Strong knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM), LCR, NSFR & Regulatory Reporting
- Experience with Payments, SWIFT, RTP/FedNow, ACH & Corporate Treasury Services
- Expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka/MQ
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Security & Integration
- Experience with Treasury platforms such as FIS Quantum, Kyriba, Finastra, Murex, SAP Treasury, Oracle Treasury, or Bloomberg
Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise Treasury & Liquidity Management solutions
- Design scalable cash management and ALM platforms
- Lead treasury modernization using cloud-native and API-driven architectures
- Integrate Core Banking, Payments, Treasury Systems, ERP, Risk Platforms, and Data Lakes
- Ensure compliance with Basel III, LCR, NSFR, and regulatory reporting
- Partner with Treasury, Risk, Operations, Product Owners, and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives
