About the Role

We are seeking a strong Linux Engineer with expertise in Red Hat 7 to support legacy on-premise servers. This role will serve as an escalation point for technical issues, providing crucial support to bridge team capacity gaps. The ideal candidate will have experience in service desk environments, handling tasks such as resizing disks and troubleshooting applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues within the Linux environment.
  • Monitor incoming requests and respond to issues via the team inbox.
  • Perform essential maintenance, including disk resizing and app troubleshooting.
