Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end build, configuration, and optimization of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
- Deploy and tune Linux servers including Apache web server configuration and rigorous network connectivity testing.
- Drive core Linux administration across a global estate, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
- Execute critical system updates, security patching, and server hardening to maintain a robust security posture.
- Manage virtual machine (VM) provisioning and infrastructure scaling within a VMware-heavy environment.
