Summary: The Linux Engineer role involves supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration for a global IT Services Provider on a 12-month contract basis. The position is fully remote and requires expertise in building and configuring Linux environments and servers. The engineer will also be responsible for core Linux administration tasks, including system updates and virtual machine provisioning.

Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Linux Engineer
- Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration experience
- Proven ability to build and configure Linux servers and Apache
- Knowledge of Ansible and automation principles (desirable)
- Awareness of MariaDB, MySQL, VMware and networking (including NGINX/load balancing)
