Summary: The role of LIMS Agilab Administrator / Business Analyst involves managing and supporting the Agilab solution within the Research & Innovation domain. The consultant will work closely with another entity to facilitate knowledge transfer and take over management responsibilities, including user access and database management, application lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The position is fully remote and is expected to start in June 2025 for a duration of four months. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with a solid foundation in IT and experience with LIMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in knowledge transfer and taking over Agilab support management.
- User access management and database management.
- Application lifecycle management, including version upgrades.
- Designing Agilab architecture and implementing server configurations.
- Managing support tickets and delivering 2nd-level application support.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Testing solutions and documenting functional and technical processes.
- Conducting knowledge transfer to employees.
