Position: Valuation & Modeling Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $140 - $240/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advanced valuation models including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.
- Build and maintain integrated financial models including 3-statement models and cash flow forecasts.
- Design deal models such as LBO, merger models, and accretion/dilution analyses.
- Construct industry-specific models including sale-leaseback, REIT, and NAV frameworks.
- Lead bespoke transaction modeling for complex financial scenarios.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence including unit economics and cohort analysis.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance roles.
- Expertise in valuation methodologies and advanced financial modeling.
- Strong experience in deal modeling including LBO and merger analysis.
- Ability to manage complex transaction analysis and due diligence processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and modeling techniques.
- Ability to work independently in remote, collaborative environments.
