Summary: We are seeking an experienced Legion Workforce Management (WFM) Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale global Workforce Management implementations. The role involves driving architecture, solution design, and deployment of Legion WFM across global business operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Legion Workforce Management solutions and will be pivotal in delivering scalable and integrated workforce management solutions across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for large-scale Legion Workforce Management implementations.
- Design, configure, and optimise Legion modules including Forecasting, Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Labour Compliance, and Labour Optimisation.
- Gather business requirements by collaborating with HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Labour Planning, Scheduling, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration, process improvements, or custom solutions where required.
- Provide architectural leadership throughout configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Data Engineers to design application extensions and custom functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration between Legion and enterprise HR, Payroll, and other business systems.
- Define technical standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for global Legion deployments.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation life cycle.
- Support global deployments across multiple regions, including Europe, India, with limited support for US and China operations.
