Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expert input on employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and identify areas of risk.
- Interpret complex regulatory requirements and shape compliance guidelines.
- Assess data privacy policies in accordance with international standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal concepts and provide actionable feedback.
