Legal Intern

Summary: The Legal Intern at Zivian Health will engage in hands-on experience at the intersection of law and business within the health tech sector. This role involves conducting regulatory research, assisting with legal operations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and support business functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on regulatory issues impacting the health tech industry, including data privacy laws, healthcare regulations, and other compliance requirements.
• Assist in the operationalization of legal research by working closely with legal and business teams to interpret and implement regulatory findings.
• Gain exposure to transactional work, including reviewing contracts, assisting with negotiations, and preparing legal documents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including product, operations, and compliance, to help ensure legal requirements are met in all aspects of business operations.
• Support the legal department with general operational tasks, including tracking legal requests and managing legal workflows.
• Help with the preparation and organization of legal materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in addressing ad hoc legal queries and supporting legal operations and corporate governance matters.
