The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Affairs team, managing various legal aspects of film and TV production. This includes negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with intellectual property rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and commercial advice to all departments within the business.
• Negotiate and draft talent and crew agreements for productions.
• Manage production development agreements, including music licensing and post-production delivery requirements.
• Lead on productions and supervise the delivery of legal support throughout the production duration.
• Draft and negotiate supplementary agreements as necessary.

Key Skills:

• Qualified media lawyer with production experience.
• Experience in TV and/or film production.
• Knowledge of rights, licensing/distribution, and media law.
• Proven drafting experience across various agreement types.
