Key Responsibilities:

• Draft high-quality, structured legal content focused on special needs trusts, guardianship, and disability benefits.
• Ensure legal accuracy across topics including ABLE accounts, Medicaid eligibility, and SSI application processes.
• Translate complex statutory and regulatory frameworks into clear, standardized guidance materials.
• Verify all content against public, authoritative legal and government sources.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager to align on scope, structure, and quality standards.
• Deliver reliable, deadline-driven contributions to support AI testing and evaluation datasets.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience as a practicing attorney, legal scholar, or advanced paralegal in special needs law or a closely related field.
• Deep knowledge of special needs trusts, guardianship frameworks, and disability benefits law.
