Key Responsibilities:
- Performing requirements gathering and compiling formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
- Engaging in all aspects of Business Analyst tasks throughout the Project Development lifecycle:
- Formulating and presenting proposed solutions to business users, potentially using production data for illustrative calculations.
- Creating testing approaches, test plans, and test cases.
- Conducting system/integration testing and assisting business users with user acceptance testing.
- Compiling and presenting test results effectively.
- Providing input into project/work-stream status reports.
- Escalating issues and risks to project and line management.
- Supporting Project Managers, business, and Technical teams with Subject Matter Expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Bridging the gap between business and technical teams by articulating problems in non-technical terms.
- Applying strong analytical skills to help identify and resolve issues with evidence-based findings.
- Employing strong technical skills, including performing SQL queries and demonstrating self-reliance in systems analysis, as well as advanced Excel capabilities.
- Delivering clear and concise information to facilitate informed decision-making.
