  • Develop training materials including manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules tailored to technical and operational staff.
  • Provide hands-on training in Charge Description Master (CDM), Room and Bed Master (R B), Payor Responsibility Master (PRM), Hospital Profiles (HPPI), Option Master List (OML), Receivable Policy Manager (RPM), Case-Mix Master Diagnostic Related Groups (DRGs), and all other Invision Patient Accounting workflows.
  • Conduct workshops on Adhoc reporting and data extraction for operational insights.
  • Train the staff on complex requests based on the past requests.
  • Mentor staff on best practices for incident resolution and system optimization.
  • Document training processes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Perform assessments and evaluate trainee readiness.
  • Track training KPIs and share reports with stakeholders.
  • Identify skill gaps and conduct re sessions.
