Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a Learning Management System, including user management, content management, and system updates.
- Engage stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of new systems.
- Analyze systems and procedures, write and revise standards and procedures, and communicate effectively.
- Train others on the Learning Management System and assist with other OIT projects as needed.
Key Skills:
- Analyze existing processes, systems, and functionality to facilitate improvements.
- Communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Previous Learning Management Systems experience.
- 5+ years related industry experience.
- Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications.
- Organizational Change Management skills, ability to bring along stakeholders and end users within the project.
- Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle as well as the project development cycle.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements for system design including advanced methodologies like story mapping, impact mapping, user story writing and refinement.
- Experience writing queries and analyzing data.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Experience in writing and executing test plans with attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing/maintaining a Learning Management System including user management, content management, and system updates. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to bring others along with a new system implementation. As a Systems Analyst, they should possess knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, applications, and various information technologies. They will have the ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, to communicate effectively, and to train others. The Learning Management System project will be a priority, but this Systems Analyst will also work on other OIT projects as needed.
