Learning Designer (early stages) Remote contract - ad hoc days in London or Manchester would be ideal 1st August - 31st December, full time Day rate Instinct is working with a long standing client who are a leading provider in financial education programmes. Their purpose lies within providing exception learning opportunities for individuals looking to get into a new professional sector, or looking to advance their current qualifications portfolio. They are now seeking an early stages Learning Designer to assist in the design process of a number of digital learning programmes for their current level 4 syllabus. The post holder will be responsible for the early stages learning design process of updating old and creating new learning programmes. This will involve working closely with experienced subject matter experts to scope out content, scripting, storyboarding, and applying pedagogical frameworks, before passing on content to the development team. Much of the content created will be bitesize, scenario-based, storytelling-focused and video led. Any familiarity and understanding of the development process would be ideal, but will not be a key part of this role. Responsibilities will be split between reworking older learning programmes and creating new ones.
