Summary: The Leadership Development Consultant role at DTI involves creating competency frameworks, assessments, and training modules to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization. This position emphasizes developing engaging training programs and collaborating with stakeholders to align with organizational goals. The consultant will also support the creation of customized learning pathways and leadership competency frameworks. The role is primarily remote with minimal travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop micro-learning-style training modules focused on leadership competencies and skills.
- Create training module outlines, learning content, learner resources, facilitation guides, and supporting materials.
- Review relevant documents, reports, and learning resources to understand existing leadership development offerings and avoid duplication of content.
- Conduct interviews and detailed reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather insights and feedback for content development.
- Collaborate with SMEs and key stakeholders to validate training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Support the development of customized learning pathways, leadership competency frameworks, and skill frameworks for designated roles as needed.
- Help define expected leadership skills, behaviors, and expertise requirements to support employee development and advancement opportunities.

- Direct experience or familiarity with healthcare, hospital, clinical, or healthcare workforce environments.
