Lead Testing/UAT Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Lead Testing and UAT Coordinator to define, lead, and execute the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy for a key project in Jackson, MS. This role involves coordinating UAT activities and ensuring alignment among business and technical stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to guide the UAT team and manage testing efforts effectively. Some travel may be required, but the role is primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute UAT strategy and success criteria aligned with project goals
• Develop and manage UAT plans, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
• Guide the UAT team throughout planning and execution phases
• Facilitate UAT kickoff and ensure role clarity and scope alignment
• Identify and resolve UAT-related issues/risks
• Track defects, escalate blockers, and report on testing progress
• Oversee UAT environment readiness, data setup, and user access
• Manage scheduling for regional, scenario-based, and hybrid testing sessions
• Align with OCM for stakeholder engagement and communications
• Work with business teams to finalize test cases and ensure cohesive testing
