Summary: We are looking for a Lead Technical Architect for a 2-month contract focused on designing and delivering a modern workplace migration using Microsoft technologies. The role is hands-on and requires leadership in complex enterprise environments. The position is home-based and involves significant responsibilities in migrating to Microsoft 365 and managing various technical transitions. Immediate start is required, with references needed for application processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the migration of customer to Microsoft 365
- Oversee email migration to Exchange Online using Quest Hybrid (security-cleared)
- Drive file migration to SharePoint Online and Azure Files using ShareGate
- Lead the transition from ConfigMgr to Intune for modern device management
- Migrate mobile device management from AirWatch to Intune
- Deliver a seamless Windows 11 deployment across the estate
- Manage and support application packaging
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in technical architecture and enterprise migrations
- Deep knowledge of Windows 11, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Security Baselines
- Hands-on experience with Quest, ShareGate, Intune, and ConfigMgr
- Strong understanding of modern management and cloud-first strategies
- Ability to lead technical teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
