Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of system analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivery timelines
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and decision-making across multiple initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to assess the impact of new or modified data feeds, system integrations, database restructuring, and enhancements to existing applications
- Analyze upstream and downstream system changes and define corresponding backend solution adjustments
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, well-structured user stories and documentation
- Develop a deep understanding of system dependencies, data flows, and integration patterns
- Evaluate multiple solution approaches and drive the team toward the optimal technical path
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in System Analysis with leadership responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive solution architecture discussions
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs & integrations, data feeds and event-driven systems, database concepts (Oracle preferred), and messaging platforms such as Kafka
- Experience working on system integrations and backend solution design
- Strong documentation skills with expertise in writing user stories and requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain; preferred exposure to Payments domain
