Core Technical Skills
- Programming & Scripting: Java, Python, Go, Shell scripting, PowerShell, Groovy; strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: PCF, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure fundamentals; scalable system design.
- Database Technologies: Postgres, Cassandra, Redis; SQL proficiency.
- Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Blaze meter, Thousand Eyes, BrowserStack, AppDynamics.
- ITSM & Compliance: Knowledge of ITIL framework and operational governance.
- CI/CD Concepts and Toolchain: Branching Strategy, SCM, Artifactory, SonarQube, Jenkins, XLR, Habitat, Ansible, Chef Infra
- Network Concepts: Wireshark, TCP/IP, F5, Load balancer, Proxies, FTP/SFTP
- Certificate management: Venafi, ECMS, OpenSSL
