Summary: The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for converting requirements into development code using SQL/.NET, conducting independent testing, and preparing system documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Convert requirements into development code in SQL/.NET
- Perform testing on code independently prior to release to business

- Prepare system documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (how to use tool)
- Collaborate with Project Manager to provide User Experience Training
