Summary: We are seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (Lead SDET) to enhance quality engineering practices through the design of robust test frameworks and automation of testing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable test automation frameworks
- Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and API testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality at every stage
- Drive shift-left testing and continuous testing practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Review code, test cases, and automation scripts to maintain quality standards
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
- Mentor and guide QA/SDET team members
- Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed
- Integrate automation into CI/CD tools and pipelines
Key Skills:
- Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
