Summary: The Lead SharePoint Developer/Admin role involves overseeing the setup and configuration of Office 365 and SharePoint, managing project workflows, and developing web components using various technologies. The position requires relocation to Baton Rouge after an initial remote period. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and security of Project Online solutions while providing user training and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office 365 tenant setup and configuration
  • SharePoint and PWA Configuration & Project Templates
  • Manage Workflow, Enterprise Project Types & Custom Fields, Project Detail Pages
  • Experience in Project Snapshot, Versioning, baselining, Critical path & Variance analysis
  • Project planning, tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Project Management security by user, group & category
  • Preparation of Configuration Documents
  • High-level Solution Design and Detailed Project Server Design
  • Develop and design brand-new web components using c#, XML, SQL and similar tools
  • Update and sustain the SharePoint development areas for web applications
  • Collaborate with the design team to review the brief and ensure that Project Online/SharePoint development takes place as per the schedule and stated process
  • Deploying new or updated solutions, ensuring they are tested thoroughly and meet the required standards.
  • Migrating data from legacy systems or other platforms into Project Online, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Portfolio & Project Management Functions, Linking & Integrating Projects
  • Working with DAX formulae for creating variables like Previous Month, Previous Quarter, etc.
  • Creating & Managing Graphical & Power BI Reports using Gantt, Excel, and Global dashboard
  • Integration with other Microsoft tools & Third-party tools
  • Troubleshooting & resolving tool issues and questions escalated by clients
  • Providing user training materials, documentation, and support for Project Online, helping users effectively use the platform
  • Ensuring that Project Online sites and solutions meet security and compliance requirements, protecting sensitive data and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support in the following areas of Product Launch Solutions in collaboration & mutual agreement with stakeholders.
