Summary: Enterprise Healthcare client is seeking a Lead Scrum Master to join their team, focusing on leveraging Agile/Scrum practices to enhance business value delivery. The role involves guiding teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and supporting the Product Owner within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the teams and organization on how to leverage Agile/Scrum practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value
- Lead collaborative discussion, decision making, and problem solving
- Program Increment (PI) Planning Prep
- Coordinate and encourage participation from all team members in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) and longer-term planning exercises (Road Mapping, Release Planning)
- Support and educate the Product Owner in applying SAFe/Agile framework and agile principles
- Lead Agile team in developing, capturing and driving review of Agile metrics to facilitate team improvements
- Work with other scrum masters and HM on a recurring basis
- Hold the team accountable, remove roadblocks, maintain good meeting discipline, and ensure team commitments are met
- Play a Lead hands-on role in the FAP front end enhancement project
Key Skills:
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification or equivalent certifications required
- Knowledge of Agile Leadership, Agile Management, Agile Software Development, Agile Testing, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with JIRA, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, User Stories
- Intermediate analytical skills and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with upper management
- Technical aptitude and ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 5 - 7 years of related experience
