Summary: Enterprise Healthcare client is seeking a Lead Scrum Master to join their team, focusing on leveraging Agile/Scrum practices to enhance business value delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the teams and organization on how to leverage Agile/Scrum practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value
  • Lead collaborative discussion, decision making, and problem solving
  • Program Increment (PI) Planning Prep
  • Coordinate and encourage participation from all team members in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) and longer-term planning exercises (Road Mapping, Release Planning)
  • Support and educate the Product Owner in applying SAFe/Agile framework and agile principles
  • Lead Agile team in developing, capturing and driving review of Agile metrics to facilitate team improvements
  • Work with other scrum masters and HM on a recurring basis
  • Hold the team accountable, remove roadblocks, maintain good meeting discipline, and ensure team commitments are met
  • Play a Lead hands-on role in the FAP front end enhancement project

Key Skills:

  • SAFe Scrum Master Certification or equivalent certifications required
  • Knowledge of Agile Leadership, Agile Management, Agile Software Development, Agile Testing, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with JIRA, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, User Stories
  • Intermediate analytical skills and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with upper management
  • Technical aptitude and ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience
