Summary: The Lead Scrum Master is responsible for guiding teams in Agile practices, particularly using Microsoft Azure DevOps, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in developing user stories, facilitating sprints, and coaching teams within a scaled agile framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies. Experience in healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert at Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) running sprints, creating burn down charts, coaching
- Expert at developing User Stories from high level Epics
- Proficient within a scaled agile framework, SAFe
- Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master certified
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and understanding of the software development life cycle
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
- Strong interpersonal, networking, collaboration skills and cultural awareness
