Summary: The Lead SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst will support a large-scale HR transformation program by leveraging deep functional knowledge of SuccessFactors and strong business analysis skills. This remote role involves collaborating with HR, Talent, Payroll, and IT teams to design scalable global HR solutions. The analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business needs. Occasional travel to UK client sites may be required for key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements definition and future-state process design across key SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, or others based on scope).
  • Facilitate and lead workshops with HR, Talent, Payroll, and business stakeholders to capture requirements, pain points, and design decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for configuration and development teams.
  • Partner with functional and technical leads to ensure configurations, integrations, and enhancements align with business intent and best practices.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on SuccessFactors data models, workflows, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Support integration design discussions with Payroll, Time, Finance, and third-party HR systems, ensuring end-to-end process continuity.
  • Lead data migration analysis including data mapping, validation rules, and reconciliation support.
  • Own UAT planning and execution, including scenario design, defect triage, and business sign-off.
  • Support end-user training content, change impacts, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Act as the primary functional liaison between HR leadership, project sponsors, and delivery teams.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong functional knowledge across multiple modules.
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role within global HR transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of global HR processes, data structures, and compliance considerations.

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR transformation program. This role requires deep SuccessFactors functional knowledge, strong business analysis and process design skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, global HR solutions. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with HR, Talent, Payroll, and IT teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to shape the future-state HR operating model.

This will be a remote contract, however there could be occasional requests to visit UK client sites (Reading, Milton Keynes) for key points in the project timeline.
