Job Description: Core Experience
- 12+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Service Cloud / Health Cloud.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building OmniStudio (Vlocity) solutions.
- Understanding of how Agent force works Technical Expertise Strong Expertise
- Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Async processing)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Declarative Automation)
- OmniStudio (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniCards)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing, security, and governor limits.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and error handling.
- Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems. DevOps & Agile
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end CI/CD strategies using tools such as Copadoo Flosumo Salesforce DevOps Center / Gito Jenkins
