Summary: The Lead Sales Recruiter at myPOS will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for go-to-market roles across France and Italy. This role is crucial for building high-performing teams that support the company's growth in the payments sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales hiring and will work closely with sales leadership to enhance recruitment strategies. Immediate availability is preferred for this 3-6 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales hiring - own the recruitment process for a range of GTM roles.
- Partnering with sales leaders - be a trusted advisor to our commercial leaders, helping them define what great looks like and make it happen.
- Sourcing top talent - go beyond LinkedIn, build and engage strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing tactics.
- Moving quickly - handle multiple roles and priorities with ease, keeping things moving and everyone in the loop.
- Help as you go - spot process gaps, suggest fixes, and help make our hiring more efficient.
- Bringing market insights - share real-time feedback on what you’re seeing in the market – from salary trends through candidate behavior and competitor activity.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in GTM/Sales hiring across France and Italy, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers across all levels.
- Leverage analytics and reporting to provide updates on a recurring basis.
- Develop and execute new recruitment strategies while managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and leaders in a continuously evolving high-paced environment.
- Proactivity and you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Excellent communication skills that get roles filled quickly.
- Immediate availability - or within a week or two.
