Responsibilities
- Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native.
- Design and develop applications for both iOS and Android.
- Lead and coordinate the offshore development team.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve technical issues.
- Review code and ensure development standards are followed.
- Work with product, backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Support application releases to the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Mentor offshore developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native.
- Experience with iOS and Android development.
- Experience with REST APIs, Redux, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience with mobile application testing and debugging.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience working with or leading offshore teams.
- Ability to work across different time zones.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
