Summary: The Lead Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects to achieve program goals, overseeing schedules, and monitoring progress from inception to delivery. The role requires strong experience in AML business and technical acumen, particularly in integrating various systems and applications. The candidate will lead feature refinement sessions, document requirements, and facilitate stakeholder engagement while continuously seeking improvements in cost and performance. This position is contract-based and allows for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and orchestrate results to achieve program goals.
  • Plan and implement schedules, monitoring the program from inception through delivery.
  • Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
  • Identify and monitor areas of risk while seeking opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
  • Build and manage budgets, facilitating communication and coordination among projects.
  • Lead feature refinement sessions to document software specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and develop UAT/PVT test plans.
  • Document requirements in Jira and report progress using PowerPoint and Excel.

Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery. Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule. Builds and manages to budgets. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.

Resources expected to lead feature refinement sessions to document source to target requirements in excel identifying and transformations. Resources will document requirements in Jira as features and stories. Resources will report progress using PowerPoint and project schedule (Excel).

Candidate should have a deep AML business and technical acumen. Candidate should have strong experience in developing software specifications to integrate origination and servicing systems into Bridger Insight XG, Actimize SAM, Actimize CDD, and Actimize ActOne. Candidate should have knowledge of investment technical and business acumen. Candidate should have knowledge of Information Governance (CDEs, Sensitive Data Management, encryption methods, data quality rules).

Participates in daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly agile ceremonies. Develops UAT/PVT test plans. Decomposes features into stories. Performs business validation tasks.
