Summary: The Lead Procurement Manager will oversee complex digital and technology procurements in a public sector setting, managing a team of procurement professionals. We are looking for an experienced Lead Procurement Manager to lead complex, high-value digital and technology procurements within a public sector environment.

- Strong knowledge of Procurement Act 2023, PCR 2015, G-Cloud, and DOS frameworks
