Summary: The Lead Pega System Architect role at emagine involves ensuring the scalability and performance of Pega CLM applications through effective architectural design and implementation of complex workflows. The position requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and project teams, focusing on optimization and functionality of the core product. This fully remote position is initially for a 6-month engagement and falls inside IR35 regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Pega CLM applications through effective architectural design.
- Create and implement complicated workflows, decision techniques, and interactions with external systems.
- Identify, build, and maintain common components across projects.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases to ensure optimization and functionality.
- Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams.
- Interact with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the QA team.
- Offer directions and guidance to team members on using the latest Pega studios and tools.
- Support in scoping and sizing Pega features.
- Work in Level 2 support to resolve production incidents.
