Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax, Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Troubleshoot and resolve finance issues in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- Drive process improvements for month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Coordinate quarterly patch assessments, regression testing, and rollout planning
- Support cost accounting, project accounting, and cross-functional integration with SCM modules (PO, OM, Inventory)
- Optimize approval workflows for invoices and journals
- Collaborate with technical teams on FBDI loads, BIP/OTBI reports, and third-party integrations (e.g., banks, tax engines)
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure compliance with audit and change control processes

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Functional Consultant to lead and manage functional support, enhancements, and solution delivery across Oracle Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion modules and a strong understanding of finance operations in a global, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Proven success in AMS or production support for global enterprises
- Experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, FBDI, ESS jobs, OTBI/BIP reports, and accounting setups
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints across SCM and external systems
