  • Up to date understanding of latest releases for Oracle Sales Cloud.

Job Title: Lead Oracle CX [Sales Cloud & PRM] Functional

Summary

A Lead Consultant is part of the consulting family, responsible for providing strategic technology consulting services to large clients or within the organization, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. They apply extensive experience and knowledge of a client's business or an area of technology to help them make improvements in how they operate, most frequently to help them grow revenue or become more profitable. They offer recommendations for entering new markets, making existing products more competitive or implementing operational

improvements. They indirectly be mentors to other areas and grades.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of consulting or industry experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years in leading Oracle Sales Cloud and PRM in a project setting, integrating with Oracle
  • CPQ, Oracle ERP.
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle PRM module, including Enrollment, Channel partners management, Program and MDF and claims
  • Experience with Partner Portal and Registration, onboard, and manage various types of channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  • Channel partner management managing same opportunity across multiple partners, program configuration, MDF.
  • Ability to configure CRM and PRM so that Sales reps and partners opportunities do not overlap. Data segregation on Sales and Partner opportunities
  • MDF budgets and requests approval management multiple level approvals, parallel approvals flows and Claims against MDF and settlement
  • Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and relevant systems.
  • Leading and managing different project
  • Up to date understanding of latest releases and functionality for Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Preferred experience in integration with Oracle CPQ, Oracle ERP, Oracle Subscription Management and Marketing Cloud
  • Preferred experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
