Required Skills/Experience

• ISEB/ISTQB qualification or equivalent Telco Cloud Infrastructure testing experience desired.
• Demonstrable experience of testing techniques and methodologies
• Experience in technology and telecoms
• Knowledge in mobile networking across mobile data core architecture (3G/4G/5G), LTE and IMS and IP Networking and security
• Ability to manage, influence and persuade
• An effective communicator and presenter, with the ability to build relationships
• Demonstrate the ability and adaptability to identify and describe complex technical solutions and challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders in terms suitable for the target audience

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Responsible for reviewing Business and Technical Infrastructure requirements in order to derive Test Cases, Test Procedures and support the Test Manager in defining Test Plans to satisfy the same.
• The role includes a mix of manual and automated test execution, logging of test progress and accurate reporting of defects including steps to reproduce where applicable.
• A methodical approach to root cause analysis is required to aid identification of appropriate resolver groups within the delivery team for expedient defect resolution and identification of resulting re-test and regression test plans.
• You will need to be comfortable preparing detailed Test Exit Reports and undertaking statistical analysis of test outputs and identification of trends to input to Lessons Learned exercises in order to improve both the TCI Test Function and the wider business delivery goals.
• You will have a strong background in working with and particularly the testing of the above mentioned technology stracks and vendor product suites in an NFVi Cloud setting.
