Summary: The Lead .NET Support role is focused on delivering comprehensive management services for incident, service requests, changes, and problem resolution for applications in Poland, specifically in Gdansk or Warsaw. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective action Management services and Enhancement Services for applications.
- Allocate work and provide guidance to the Operate team.
- Follow up with Operate teams to identify and resolve problems with Local applications.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding application issues and upgrades.
- Manage SLA/KPI reporting related to Operate services.
- Communicate timely with users, Country IT, and Shared Country Lead regarding Operate services.
- Provide application and business process input to assist the Incident Management Team.
- Identify and implement service improvement opportunities.
- Manage weekly and monthly service review reporting to customers and stakeholders.
- Handle risk management and escalation processes.
- Interact with customers on reported issues and manage expectations.
- Coordinate with team members and third-party suppliers to meet business needs.
Key Skills:

Responsibilities:

- Vendor coordination in the case of application issues and upgrades e. SLA / KPI management and reporting related to Operate services
- Provide timely communication to users, Country IT and Shared Country Lead regarding all aspects of the Operate services
- Ensure provision of application and related business process specific input & assessment to assist the Incident Management Team when drafting major outage communications to the relevant business users

- Should have Good Team Management, Stakeholder, Reporting and leadership skills.
