Lead .NET Developer (MAUI, Xamarin) - W2 Only - Remote

Summary: The Lead .NET MAUI Developer will spearhead the development of applications across various platforms, including Android and Windows. This role involves mentoring developers, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. The position is remote and requires extensive experience in .NET MAUI or Xamarin, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a development track for .NET MAUI applications targeting Android, Windows, and other platforms.
• Estimate user stories and contribute to sprint planning and technical design discussions.
• Mentor and support developers, ensuring alignment with coding standards and best practices.
• Own the quality of all code produced within your track, including code reviews and testing.
• Collaborate with the Lead Architect, Engineering leadership, and Project Manager to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Work with Product to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and business requirements.
• Partner with Experience/UX teams to ensure the user interface aligns with design specifications.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience developing applications using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Solid understanding of C#, object-oriented programming, and MVVM architecture.
