Extensive experience leading large-scale application or data centre migration programmes
Ability to define overall migration architecture strategy and ensure consistency across multiple workstreams
Strong experience shaping migration patterns, standards, and architectural governance
Proven leadership of architecture teams, with the ability to mentor and guide senior and junior architects
Deep understanding of cloud (AWS), hybrid, and Legacy environments
Ability to remain hands-on when required, supporting complex design decisions and troubleshooting
Additional Requirements:
Must have recent public sector experience
