Summary: The Lead Marketing role for Women's Health at Viatris involves developing strategic visions for product launches and lifecycle management. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to execute marketing strategies and prepare tactical plans while ensuring budget adherence. The candidate will also provide marketing insights and work cross-functionally with commercial stakeholders. A background in pharmaceutical marketing, particularly in Women's Health, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the strategic vision for Gwyn Lo, including new product launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Work collaboratively to execute the overall HCP and consumer marketing strategy for Gwyn Lo.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, physicians/KOLs, agency partners, and external vendors to create innovative lifecycle and launch tactics.
  • Prepare HCP and Consumer brand and tactical plans and associated budgets, track execution against plans and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within budget of all marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in developing the strategy, concept, messaging, and media plan for successful promotional campaigns.
  • Provide Marketing Insights to establish ways to measure impact, report results, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with field sales and market access in the development and execution of key initiatives such as messaging, promotional tactics, sampling programs, peer-to-peer programs, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with key commercial stakeholders including Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or Pharmaceutical Advertising agency with experience in sales, professional and consumer marketing, or related fields.
  • Marketing experience within Women's Health category is preferred.
  • Strong experience & proven success with taking large volumes of promotional materials efficiently and effectively through a PRC / MLR Review Process (leveraging Veeva Vault).
  • Demonstrated success executing lifecycle and launch plans for prescription pharmaceutical brands for healthcare professionals and patient/consumer audiences.
  • Experience with building relationships and professional advocacy among healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with effective strategies in digital, multi-channel marketing, loyalty programs, and DTC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines, compliance, and promotional policies.
  • Must possess analytical skills, creative and critical thinking skills, clear communication skills - both verbal and written, strong interpersonal skills, and financial/budgetary/forecasting acumen.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.
