Summary: The Lead Informatica Developer with Dell Boomi Experience is responsible for managing end-to-end data integration projects using Informatica PowerCenter and Dell Boomi. This role involves designing and deploying complex ETL workflows, collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements, and mentoring junior developers. The position requires extensive experience in data warehousing and ETL architecture, along with strong communication skills. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data integration projects using Informatica PowerCenter and Dell Boomi.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex ETL workflows and integration processes.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and application teams to understand data requirements.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration between systems.
• Troubleshoot performance and data quality issues across Informatica and Boomi pipelines.
• Ensure best practices for ETL design, performance optimization, and data governance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in both Informatica and Dell Boomi platforms.
• Provide support for production issues and enhancements.

Key Skills:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.
• 1 2 years of recent, hands-on experience with Dell Boomi (certification is a plus).
• Strong experience in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.
• Proficient in writing SQL and working with various databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
