*This team is looking for a Lead/ SME level Flutter Engineer.
Lead Flutter Engineer -*REMOTE*- 6 month initial contract
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on mobile development
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience building and deploying production-ready mobile apps.
- Proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of cross-platform mobile development best practices.
- Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and/or native Android (Kotlin/Java) development environments.
- Experience with API integration, state management (e.g., Provider, BLoC), and third-party libraries.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and accessibility guidelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Firebase, GraphQL, or App Store/Google Play deployment processes.
- Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to mobile analytics or A/B testing tools.
