Summary: We are looking for a Lead ETL Engineer with extensive experience in Informatica PowerCenter/IICS and advanced SQL skills to design and manage enterprise-grade ETL pipelines. The role requires strong leadership abilities to guide both onsite and offshore teams while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to technical challenges and a commitment to continuous improvement in ETL processes. This position is fully remote and offers a 6-month contract duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS.
  • Write and tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Ensure high-performance data integration across multi-source systems.
  • Implement best practices in error handling, logging, and audit frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor onsite/offshore development teams.
