Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Healthcare EDI/HIPAA transaction processing in a Health Plan/Healthcare environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Edifecs XEngine, SpecBuilder, Transaction Management & Smart Trading
- 3+ years of experience with HIPAA X12 transactions: 837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277
- 2+ years of experience in EDI production support, troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- 2+ years of SQL experience for healthcare data analysis and issue investigation
- Experience with Trading Partner Onboarding, SFTP/AS2 connectivity & compliance testing
- Strong understanding of Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility & Encounter workflows
- Experience with Jira or ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent experience
