Summary: A leading Financial Services Company is seeking a Digital Product Manager for a long-term contract role that allows for remote work. The position involves managing product roadmaps, overseeing SaaS conversions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned use cases by ensuring the product roadmap aligns with evolving business needs and priorities.
- Lead the transition of customized SaaS tools to standardized blueprint solutions, ensuring technical requirements are met.
- Partner with product administrators to resolve outstanding service tickets.
- Manage API updates by partnering with Technology teams to ensure all requirements are captured.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the Kanban board for timely delivery of product capabilities.
- Partner with the Digital Governance Analyst for necessary documentation for certifications and compliance reviews.
- Lead partner meetings to advance the digital strategy of assigned products.
- Report on product updates and enhancements to keep stakeholders informed.
- Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning exercises for product priorities and roadmap alignment.
- Partner with vendors to understand new enhancements and communicate business benefits.
- Answer questions regarding platform functionality and usage.
- Support training efforts for new users or newly deployed functionality.
- Continuously adapt the vendor roadmap to reflect evolving needs.
- Devise and refine product strategies that support business objectives.
Key Skills:
- SAFe Agile Product Owner/Manager certification.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management.
- Proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of API integration and SaaS product lifecycle.
- Experience leading meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Experience managing SaaS tools and transitioning from customized to standardized solutions.
- Experience with RCSA and risk and control work.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance documentation and control processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards.

What You Will Be Doing
- Product Roadmap Management:

Lead the transition of customized SaaS tools to standardized blueprint solutions, ensuring technical requirements are met and use cases are informed of changes. - Service Ticket Support:
Partner with product administrators to ensure they have the necessary business use case information to resolve outstanding service tickets. - API Governance:
Manage API updates by partnering with Technology teams to ensure all requirements are captured and business needs are represented. - Kanban Prioritization:
Collaborate with the Product Owner to help prioritize the Kanban board and ensure timely delivery of product capabilities. - Governance Documentation Support:
Partner with the Digital Governance Analyst to procure necessary documentation for certifications, control work, and compliance reviews. - Strategic Engagement:
Lead partner meetings to advance the digital strategy of assigned products and ensure alignment across teams. - Stakeholder Reporting:
Report on product updates and enhancements to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged. - Quarterly Planning:
Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning exercises to provide guidance on product priorities and roadmap alignment. - Vendor Collaboration:
Partner with vendors to understand new enhancements and communicate business benefits to relevant use cases. - Platform Support:
Answer questions from various use cases regarding platform functionality and usage. - Sunrise Training & Enablement:
Support sunrise initiatives and training efforts for new users or newly deployed functionality. - Roadmap Adaptation:
Continuously adapt the vendor roadmap to reflect Wells Fargo’s evolving needs and update it regularly. - Product Strategy Development:
Devise and refine product strategies that support business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
