Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of a multi-channel customer contact communication strategy.
• Ensure proactive meeting of customer needs and provide seamless, personalized engagement.
• Develop a decisioning strategy aligned to stakeholder objectives to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver decisioning capabilities and optimize effectiveness using Agile methodology.
• Advocate for decisioning capabilities to enhance customer experiences and support future use cases.
• Utilize complex data sources to create actionable information for next best action propositions.
• Coach and develop less experienced colleagues and deliver through others using analytical tools.

Key Skills:

• Degree level education in a numerate discipline or equivalent practical experience in analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing or equivalent decisioning capability.
• Understanding of Adobe Web Analytics toolset.
• Good understanding of analytical or database querying software and data visualization software.
• Experience in big data environments and cloud environments.
• Track record of influencing change through innovative ideas and effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in coaching and developing less experienced colleagues.
• Experience in delivering through others and managing risks.
