- CollaboXX with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective visual storytelling.
- Optimize rendering performance for large-scale geospatial and temporal datasets.
- Ensure visualizations are accessible, intuitive, and responsive across devices.
- Maintain a scalable visualization codebase, implementing best practices in testing, performance, and maintainability.

Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years focused on data visualization.
- Proficiency in React.js and Deck.gl (including Layers, Views, and integration with Carto).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, and rendering pipelines (WebGL, Canvas).
- Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., D3.js, Lodash) and working with APIs or large datasets.
- Familiarity with geospatial data formats (GeoJSON, TopoJSON, tilesets) and coordinate systems.
