Skills & Experience

- Proven ability to operate in a bridge role - translating technical detail into business value.
- Experience supporting or leading Snowflake implementations or similar cloud data platform projects.
- Strong understanding of data engineering/architecture concepts (not necessarily expert level, but enough to guide conversations).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - confident speaking with technical teams, project leads, and execs.
- Ability to challenge, influence, and guide both business and technical direction.
