We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst (BA) with strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Provider domain to lead business analysis activities for large-scale technology and platform development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US Healthcare ecosystem, particularly the Provider segment, including hospital systems, healthcare facilities, physician groups, ambulatory care organizations, and related provider operations.
Experience working as a Lead BA on large-scale healthcare platform development or transformation programs is highly desirable. Exposure to Healthcare Scheduling Platforms or provider scheduling solutions will be an added advantage.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in a lead/senior BA capacity.

- Healthcare scheduling and appointment workflows
- Experience working on large-scale healthcare technology, platform development, digital transformation, or enterprise application initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead requirements and business analysis workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and complex business processes.
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, process modeling, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
