Role Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Lead Engineer to own the broader Microsoft stack, Azure infrastructure, M365, and identity, including day to day Entra ID work. This is a hands-on lead role, not an architect-only seat, covering both the infrastructure side and the identity layer that sits on top of it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Azure infrastructure: virtual machines, networking, and storage
- Administer and maintain M365 across the environment
- Manage hybrid Active Directory and Entra Connect synchronization
- Own Entra ID identity work: SSO configuration, Conditional Access policy design, and application registrations
- Serve as the go-to lead for Microsoft platform issues, migrations, and rollouts
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage)
- M365 administration experience
- Hybrid AD / Entra Connect sync experience
- Entra ID identity administration: SSO, Conditional Access, app registrations
- Prior experience leading a migration or platform rollout end to end, not solely ticket-level support
Nice to Have
- PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph API scripting for identity and platform automation
- Windows 365 / Azure Virtual Desktop migration experience
